Our super rich and creamy chocolate mousse made fresh with organic heavy cream from local Miller Farm, single origin Ecuadorian 65% dark chocolate and raw Vermont honey with seasonal toppings (may not be as shown in the photo, but just as beautiful and delicious!).
More like a whipped ganache, our mousse is thick and fluffy and dense all at the same time, a real treat for a chocolate lover.
One 8 oz cup by volume/6oz by weight of the good stuff per order. We will make extras to sell in the shop, but be aware that these lovelies sell out quickly!
Pickup is in person at our Brick&Mortar Shop at 128 Main Street in Brattleboro between 11am-5pm on the designated Fridays tba
