Our version of a salted caramel, a smooth and silky Ecuador 65% dark chocolate ganache with organic raw cane sugar and Vermont butter burnt caramel folded in, dipped in more dark chocolate and finished with a blend of Burlap & Barrel’s Royal Cinnamon, Vermont maple sugar and Saltery’s briny flake sea salt for a rich, creamy bite with pops of salty and subtle top and middle flavor notes.

Our chocolate bonbons are made without preservatives and the freshest, finest ingredients, many sourced from the fields and forests of Vermont. With this in mind many are made to order, so please allow three to five business days for us to make them before we ship them out to you!
