Maple Season Chocolates
The Northeast is known for its majestic sugar maple trees that are tapped in spring, and people throughout the region collect the sap and boil it down to make rich, amber maple syrup. When sugaring season comes around in the spring we make delicious chocolate delicacies using Vermont’s gold. From maple sugar, to pure, barrel-aged and smoked syrups, we combine local tree nectars with chocolate, creating one-of-a-kind bark, bars and tablets, truffles and bonbons, chocolate pâté, sipping cocoa, toffees, and whatever else inspires us during this sweetest time of the year.
