Tucked away in the rolling hills of Woodstock, Vermont is a restorative experience like no other – an exploration of wellness that will surprise and delight!
What do chocolates and gemstones have in common?
Intention and connection! They honor the people and places these precious luxuries are from and are imbued with properties that empower our inner well-being to feel:

- clarity of mind
- inner tranquility
During this Wellness Tasting hosted by Woodstock Inn & Resorts, guests will experience four flights of handcrafted Tavernier Chocolates and responsibly sourced gemstones – each pair having an intentional wellness benefit.
The “wellness benefit” of each pairing will be revealed after each gem is circulated and the chocolate is enjoyed!
Discover the beauty and wellness benefits of rare gemstones and artisan chocolates with this special event hosted in The Spa’s Great Room. Explore how the gemstones curated by All The Brilliants can empower you to be seen and remembered for the extraordinary person you are! During this joyful, engaging gathering, fine jewelry guide, Melissa will lead you to discover and learn the elemental qualities of the gems as they are passed around the room.
Your curated plate of beautiful chocolates prepared by yours truly, Tavernier Chocolates, will layer pops of flavor to play with your palate and create a complex tasting experience to pair with the intentions of the gems. Chocolatier and founder, Dar will speak about the flavors and process while you savor the rich sweets and connect to the wellness qualities in the gems.
Includes a welcome glass of sparkling wine (or NA beverage). Additional wine and zero-proof options will be available for purchase.
With a new downtown space and catering license in hand, we are busy concocting experiential chocolate adventures as well as chocolate pairings and tastings with local artisan foods, craft beer and natural wines.
